• Wash your hands often- wash for 20 seconds with soap and water as often as possible, especially when leaving a public area, blowing your nose, or sneezing.
• Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or face.
• Avoid close contact with people that are sick
• Practice social distancing- remain 6 ft apart when working or in public places
• Cover your mouth and nose when around other people
• Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow, immediately throw away the tissue and wash your hands
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily, including tables, doorknobs, desks, phones, keyboards, etc.
• Avoid large groups, when this is not possible, keep your social distancing practices in place

Natalie Baye Baumann, Business Development and Marketing Manager
Natalie, a Purdue University alum, spends her days building relationships and strategic partnerships with local companies and advising them on staffing and hiring solutions for their business and operation—but no day is ever the same. She is also responsible for developing the franchise’s marketing plan and strategy, and the first of this exciting responsibility has been serving as the “project manager” over the new website’s development. Of all of her responsibilities, Natalie enjoys “the strategy and economic analysis surrounding the current labor and employment markets and its impact on businesses.” She also enjoys meeting face to face with current and prospective clients to learn about the challenges and trends they are facing.
At home, Natalie has a petite pittie named Stella, who is her “little princess,” and she thoroughly enjoys being in the sunshine at the beach, or taking Stella on long walks. Natalie has lived in Texas, Pennsylvania and Indiana before coming to Illinois in 2010. She and her husband enjoy various sporting events, live music, and stay busy with his two boys!
Julia Williams, Support Center Manager
A graduate of Bradley University, Julia is responsible for a variety of administrative and HR tasks for Manpower’s internal team. This includes payroll, invoicing, employee benefits, worker’s compensation administration, and supporting the front office team. More than anything, Julia loves knowing that, by doing her job accurately and efficiently, associates will be paid on time.
Julia is married with one child and a dog, and she enjoys “reading and supporting my daughter at her sporting events.” When she finds time to relax, her favorite place to vacation is cruising in the Caribbean.
Nicole Leindecker, Branch Operations Manager, Elgin/Palatine
Nicole graduated from North Central College, and her position requires managing the team of recruiters at the Elgin and Palatine office as well as implementing daily recruiting strategies for clients. Her measure of success hinges on meeting client expectations, and her favorite part of her day is the constant changing—working closely with my clients on their needs to find the right fit.
Kelli Davila, Branch Operations Manager
Internally, Kelli oversees the recruiting team who handles sourcing, interviews, onboarding and building relationships with candidates and associates. This team also handles HR related items for the associates. Kelli’s main goal in her position is to maintain business partnerships with the clients once Manpower is actively sourcing for their open positions.
Kelli is a graduate of Aurora University, and her favorite aspect of her job is assisting clients by “helping my team with recruiting and sourcing efforts and being able to help candidates find quality and rewarding work in the Fox Valley area.”
In her spare time, Kelli loves traveling and spending time with her family. Her favorite place to visit within the US has been Hawaii and outside the US was Switzerland.
Thomas J. Mihelic, Franchise Owner/President
Tom received a B.A. from Loyola University, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. His daily responsibilities include working with his recruiting management team that currently serves over 150 local companies and 2500 associates each year. Tom also focuses on finance, risk management, and employment law. His favorite part of his job at Manpower is “meeting new clients and visiting the great facilities they run.”
In his free time, Tom loves to cook and also eat out at the world class restaurants in the Chicago area. He can also be found on the Little League baseball fields watching his youngest son, out on the golf course during the summer, or traveling to see his older sons who are away at college.
Jennifer Boyle, Business Development Manager, Elgin/Palatine
In Jennifer’s world, no two days are ever the same. Whether it’s account management, networking, sales calls, or facility tours—she’s often on-the-go, doing whatever is necessary to serve her clients or contribute to the team. A graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Speech Communication and Public Speaking. Jennifer takes pride in her organization skills, and she uses this strength to assist clients in finding great staff and to help Manpower associates to find roles where their skills are best utilized. In fact, that’s her favorite part of her job!
When Jennifer takes time to unwind, her “favorite vacation spot is anywhere tropical where I can be with my family & dip my feet in the sand and the ocean.”
