Am I able to hire a Manpower associate to our payroll?

 

Yes! We find great people, and all of our associates are E-Verified for eligibility to work in the U.S. In fact, in the past year, we have had over 260 associates hired on by our clients.

What kind of screening do you perform on candidates?

 

In addition to E-Verify, we are able to perform background checks and drug testing to meet each client’s specific requirements. Every candidate interviews with a staffing specialist before they are ever sent on assignment to help minimize turnover, by making sure the candidate’s experiences and goals are aligned with the client’s position and job requirements.

Is there a fee to convert a temporary employee to a permanent employee?

 

Depending on a few factors, there may or may not be a conversion fee to bring a Manpower employee to your team. We work with every client individually, to determine a conversion schedule.

I don’t want a temp; I need help finding a permanent employee. Does your team recruit for permanent positions?
